A copilot a friend of mine needed for the long tail of fellowship, grant, and program applications he was working through. It builds a memory of his tone and recurring narratives, ingests intelligence from the program pages we point it at, generates reusable answers for the questions that repeat across applications, and tracks outcomes so it learns which framings actually land. There’s an A/B variant generator, scheduled Playwright status checks, and a dataset export that feeds back into a LoRA fine-tune conditioned on outcomes. Strictly built around public sources and his own data - no private account access.
