Open-source AI voice-calling platform - real-time speech-to-speech agents bridging telephony to frontier models, multi-tenant with bring-your-own-keys, vertical-agnostic. Deployed as Areef, a multilingual inbound calling layer for an exhibition-space operator, handling enquiries and qualifying leads.

A writing studio that carries a manuscript's operational weight - a hierarchical binder, a distraction-free editor, and quiet AI surfaces - without flattening the author's voice. The earlier-draft companion to Spine, under Argonode Studio.

Treats a manuscript like a codebase - scenes are commits, plotlines are branches, characters are contributors with line-level blame. Subplots branch off main, weave back together at merges, or quietly die in the margins, visibly. Built under Argonode Studio with Senem Dilli.

Fine-tune a personal LoRA on your own data exports - Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, Spotify - so a model mirrors your own voice and style. Local ingest, your own training keys, privacy-first by construction.

An orchestration protocol where AI agents bid on tasks in a competitive marketplace - cheap advocate models bid for work, a reputation-weighted committee picks the winner on confidence and track record, and capable execution models do the actual job.

An MCP server that turns the macOS accessibility tree into an agent's perception layer - it lets an AI explore any native app, map its full UI, and produce a structured UX audit. Most agent UI tooling stops at the browser; this works on native.

Nymphadora
A local-first content engine that turns a pile of raw recordings into short-form video. It transcribes on-device, enriches each clip with CLIP and light computer vision for semantic and visual search, then tracks which cuts actually landed so strategy comes from evidence, not guesswork. Built for a Berlin founders community.

Retrofit HMI platform bringing modern HMI capabilities to existing vehicles via signal acquisition and dynamic system adjustment through a fully-custom architecture; TPO across HW/SW and customer delivery. Technical base product for Retrobox hardware, MCCA Retrofit project (Mehari Eden), as well as a series-production retrofit product for a major OEM.
