a Telegram-based catering quote assistant

Saw a friend struggling with managing catering requests and creating invoices manually, so wanted to see if a bot could solve this, and give her a better interface for custom offers. A Telegram bot that handles incoming catering inquiries end-to-end: it parses the customer’s request, asks the right follow-up questions, builds a quote, and optionally drops it into QuickBooks. Runs on OpenRouter so the LLM is swappable. Deployed on Dokploy on a small VPS, and quietly running.
